Shipping Services and Locations
We may ship by UPS or Fedex (Our choice).
Many of the most common items can ship right away the same day. Less common items may have a lead time.
Same-day shipping cutoff time is 2pm (Central time) and this only applies to the stocked items.
If you need expedited shipping such as 2nd day or next day delivery, contact us to check stock before you place the order to see if there is a lead time.
We only offer shipping to the US, Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico.
We are not set up for local pickup at our warehouse. All orders must be shipped.

There is no order minimum.
Shipping Time
We process orders as quickly as possible and most orders ship the same day. Shipping cutoff time is 2pm Central.
Fedex or UPS Ground shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 6 days to get to you depending on where you are located.
Most commonly ordered items will ship from our Texas warehouse. Less commonly ordered items will ship from the Indiana warehouse.
Back Ordered Parts
If for some reason there will be a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know when to expect it.
Exchanges
If the product arrives defective and is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty you can return it for a replacement. You must contact us for approval before sending it back.
Returns – 25% Restocking Fee May Apply
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Returned parts must be unused and complete and with original packaging if applicable.
Returns may be charged a 25% restocking fee! We have to charge the re-stocking fee because handling returns is expensive and many parts that are not commonly used are specially made per order. If your return is for a very common item (generally pictured items on the website) we may wave the restocking fee and you might see a full refund to your card.
